NON-SMOKING HOUSE

> DURATION OF STAY

Minimum stay: 2 nights, except from mid-July to mid-August: 7 nights

July and August:   Arrival from 5 p.m. - Departure before 10 a.m.

Weekend: Arrival from 2 p.m. possible and departure until 7 p.m possible too.

 

> RENTAL

The rental price includes:

​

- the rental of the house

- access and use of the land

- water and electricity consumption

​

The rental price does not include:

​

- cleaning and bed linen : +250€/stay (obligatory)

- Sheets for travel cots and foutas for the swimming pool : +120€/stay (option)

- The tourist tax (1€/night/adult).

- The security deposit

> PRICES

Prices are inclusive of all taxes.

 

> SUPPLEMENT

> CAPACITY

The sleeping capacity is 14 adults .

For the little ones, 2 umbrella beds, 2 baby chairs and a raised bath are available.

​

> ANIMALS

Animals are only allowed in the rooms on the ground floor of the house.

A covered outdoor kennel, with water and electricity is available in the property which is fenced.

> SECURITY DEPOSIT

On your arrival, we will ask you for the payment of a security deposit of 2000€, payable by bank imprint CB, check or cash,  returned at the end of the stay following the inventory exit if no damage is found.
