NON-SMOKING HOUSE

> DURATION OF STAY

Minimum stay: 2 nights  except : period mid july -mid august 4 nights minimum and Christmas holidays 3 nights minimum.

July and August:   Arrival from 12h00 - Departure before 19h00 (depending on availability)

Weekend: Arrival from 12h00  possible and departure until 19h00 possible too.

Supplement de 300€ for the nights:  24/12 au 25/12 et du 31/12 au 01/01

 

> RENTAL

The reservation is effective after the payment of a deposit of €200

​

The rental price includes:

​

- the rental of the house

- access and use of the land

- water and electricity consumption

​

The rental price does not include:

​

- cleaning and bed linen : +200€/stay (obligatory)

- Sheets for travel cots and foutas for the swimming pool : +100€/stay (option)

- The tourist tax (3€/night/adult).

- The security deposit

> PRICES

Prices are inclusive of all taxes.

 

> SUPPLEMENT

> CAPACITY

The sleeping capacity is 14 adults .

For the little ones, 2 umbrella beds, 2 baby chairs and a raised bath are available.

​

> ANIMALS

Animals are only allowed in the rooms on the ground floor of the house.

A covered outdoor kennel, with water and electricity is available in the property which is fenced.

​

> SECURITY DEPOSIT

On your arrival, we will ask you for the payment of a security deposit of 1000€, payable by bank imprint CB, check or cash,  returned at the end of the stay following the inventory exit if no damage is found.

​

> CANCELLATION

The reservation is effective after the payment of a deposit of €200 which is refundable on another stay in case of cancellation.
